Our Building Maintenance Department offers a variety of services ranging from the simple repair of a hole in the wall to a complete tenant finish. 

Full service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  With full coverage for the entire state of Colorado by appointment, individual service call or by scheduled services and building preventative maintenance.  We also have 9 well stocked vans.

Our dispatch is capable of tracking each service call by location, technician, date, service requested and the resolution of that service call. 

We have full management capabilities to handle sewer and plumbing replacement from start to finish including the final tile work.
